Karl Malone wins the glass by 5.8 rebounds a game (11.1 to 5.3), which in his era meant standing in traffic rather than waiting for a long one.
Kobe Bryant is the passer: 4.5 assists a game to 2.8, and that is the difference between running an offense and finishing one.
